Senior manager of large international projects in the industrial, residential and retail business for major corporations, with over 15 years of experience within a wide variety of geographical and cultural environments.
Expert in the use of sustainable design as a tool to build consensus with stakeholders, optimizing costs and increasing return on investments.
As of 2014, I am also in charge for the promotion of Italcementi Group innovative products, within the sector of architects and designers.
From March 2006 to present, Director of the Architecture and Environment Division, worldwide for CTG S.p.A.- Italcementi Group, multinational company, and 5th largest cement producer in the world.
In this position I completed various projects for new factories or for the renovation of the existing ones in Italy, Spain, U.S.A., Morocco, Belgium, Albania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Libya, Kazakhstan and China.
These projects consist mainly in the construction of new industrial plants and rehabilitation of quarries for the extraction of raw materials. For the latter, the aim is to restore both the landscape and ecosystems concerned by mining activities and to preserve local biodiversity.
From September 2001 to March 2006, Deputy director of the Expansion and Development st
department for Esselunga S.p.A. (the 1 Italian private company in the sector of Shopping Malls and Supermarkets with € 6.8 billion turnover in 2012 and 20,000 employees), supervising real estate projects for the development of the store network in the regions of Veneto, Lombardy and Piedmont.
From June 2000 to August 2001, Project Manager within the technical department of Esselunga S.p.A. and general coordinator for safety procedures for the building sites.
From 1990 to June 2000, free-lance professional activity in design and project management, as a professional Architect. Within that period – precisely between 1993 to 1997 – I also was a partner and co-owner of Impresa I.C.E.B. S.a.s. (construction and prefabrication company), which deals in contracts for public and industrial construction projects, acting as Project Manager and Technical Director, while continuing the activity with my own professional studio.
