She has been design professor at the University La Sapienza, Rome and at Estonian Academy of Arts, Tallinn. Founder and Vice President of Association DComeDesign for the promotion of women creativity. She curates Social Design training projects in Asia and Africa. With Valentina Downey she manage LabBrainDesign, innovation labs for companies and organizations.
