Emeric Servin

Emeric Servin is the holder of a law postgraduate diploma and an Advanced Executive Certificate in Finance. He started his career as a Manager of programs in the Real Estate society of the Groupe Compagnie La Hénin and as an executive assistant at the financial Department of Cogefimo/Banque La Hénin. Then, he was a Real Estate Manager for La Mondiale and after the CDC.
Until 2015, he was in charge of the Real Estate investments in the Investments Department of CREDIT AGRICOLE ASSURANCES; holding of the group’s insurance branches (PREDICA, PACIFICA, SPIRICA, La Médicale de France, CAci, CA VITA,…).
Emeric Servin is currently Senior Advisor Real Estate.
He is also the Manager of the Real Estate public limited companies (SA) and the simplified joint-stock companies (SAS) that are also the branches of PREDICA. He is the board chairman and the Manager of OPCI. He is a permanent representative of PREDICA during the board of directors or the supervisory board of land societies, listed stock and not.
